2003 Finish Work Contest
Open to members and subscribers only, the first RESS finishwork contest was a success with 20 entries. The rules were simple: Paint a Quintessence resin any realistic color or pattern and submit photos to the RESS judging panel for critique and voting. The panel consisted of respected artists Lesli Kathman, Tom Bainbridge, and Elizabeth Bouras. The RESS membership and subscriber base also had the opportunity to view all contest submissions and vote for the People's Choice. Below are photos of all the entries in the 2003 Painting Contest.
