Media Coordinator - Carrie Sapp
I have loved horses since early childhood. I started drawing them at age 5, got my first Breyer at 7 (the alabaster PAM in 1978!), went to my first model horse show at 15, and have continued to be fascinated with all things equine. I was lucky enough to own a horse briefly as a teenager, but that is about the extent of my involvement with the real thing. I continue to explore my passion by creating and showing horse sculptures. I also indulge myself by running several horse-related websites.
I am a computer geek by trade, having worked as a software engineer for 10 years. I have moved around a lot over the last 5 years or so, but I have finally landed (hopefully!!) in my perfect paradise, the Pacific Northwest. I also enjoy skiing, reading, movies, dancing, photography, and travel. I have 2 cats and 2 rabbits, and also volunteer with various animal rescue groups.

And in 2005, she initiated a Painter's Program to promote quality paintwork within the industry, as well.
A founding member of RESS, and further serving on the Steering Committee, she was RESS' first Secretary. She also served on the RESS Election Committee in 2005.
Currently, she lives in Boise with her husband, Chris, her rats and her horse.
